About
One project, built to give pancreatic cancer researchers back their time.
This is an independent project. It brings fifteen years of pancreatic cancer research into one place: clinical trials, papers, research grants, and the labs and institutions behind them. You can ask it questions in plain language and get answers you can check.
Why
Pancreatic cancer research moves slowly, and much of that time goes into finding things: which trials have been tried, what stopped and why, who is working on the same target, and where the funding is. If this tool speeds up pancreatic cancer research by even one hour, it was worth building.
It is also a small proof that one person, with open data and good tools, can build something that helps many people.
How it works
- Every claim links to its record. Answers cite the trial, paper or grant they come from. If the data doesn’t have the answer, it says so rather than guessing.
- Open data only. Trial registrations from ClinicalTrials.gov, papers from Europe PMC and OpenAlex, and grants from NIH RePORTER. Labs and institutions are inferred from those records and are labelled as inferred.
- The newest research first. Results are ordered by recency, and you can limit any answer to recent years.
What it is not
It is for research and education. It doesn’t give medical advice and can’t say which treatment or trial is right for anyone. Patients and families should talk with their care team or contact the National Cancer Institute’s Cancer Information Service at cancer.gov/contact or 1-800-4-CANCER.
